THE CHALLENGE

Manhattan Mini Storage (MMS) is an iconic NYC brand that has surprised, delighted, provoked and offended New Yorkers for years with their billboards and subway posters. When it came our turn to develop concepts for them, our mandate was simple: do the best work that MMS had ever done before.

THE SOLUTION

We generated work that quite literally took the brand places it had never been before. In addition to billboards, posters and sales collateral, we also put them on paper deli coffee cups and dry cleaning capes (those paper sleeves that cover the shoulders of your clothes when you get them back from the cleaner) to reach our audience in surprising and highly-targeted ways.

THE RESULTS

Our work for MMS generated lots of online chatter (both pro and con – we love controversy, and so does this client) and has been written about favorably by Adweek.
